Your time has value!!!!
I recently watched Randy Pausch's take on Time Management and the effective tools we can incorporate in our daily lives. With bad time management comes added stress to sometimes an already hectic life style. In order to overcome many of life's obstacles, we need to instill certain organization to our inner framework. First and foremost a set of goal's need to be established as a essential element to our motivational self.
I once found myself asking the question "Why do I continue to entertain a job I do not enjoy doing"? Monetary gain seemed to be at the forefront of this answer, however I was unable to answer this question with much enthusiasm and result. Thus, I decided to make a change in life that I ultimately felt would produce more result and allow me to manage my time more effectively. While risk was involved, I found with hard work and determination that achieving a set of goals was attainable: The goals I incorporated were, as I call it, the four "C's"
1) Complete- my college academia.
2) Communicate- more effectively.
3) Change- my field of interest.
4) Conquer- all task with effectiveness. Seize the moment.
With these standards correlated into my life, I have achieved all that I felt was possible and made my life more enjoyable. Time wasted is time lost and could never be given back. Take a moment to ask yourself theses key questions " What motivates you day to day"? and "If you had to make any changes, what would you do to make your time more manageable"?
Mine was a set of goals, What is your's?
